How to make an appointment

What is the minimum age to access the facilities?
For safety reasons, please note that children under 18 are not allowed to access the center's facilities.
Do you provide insurance receipts for massage therapy?
All of our massage therapists are accredited by a professional massage therapy association and will be able to provide you with an insurance receipt.
What should I bring?
Please bring a swimsuit and sandals. Your access to the baths includes free towel rental and a lock.
What is the cancellation policy?
Your reservation is a commitment to our therapists. All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card. You have 48 hours or more before the appointment to cancel or modify without penalty. After this time, cancellations are not possible. In the event that a client does not show up for their appointment, the full amount will be charged to their credit card. For those who have a last-minute problem, we suggest you ask someone close to you to help.
For group bookings, all changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. Anyone who misses their appointment and fails to cancel or reschedule according to the terms and conditions will be charged the full amount due.
How far in advance should I arrive?
We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This will give you ample time to check in.
